Background

Owner & inspector, Colby Neal, received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from
Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, with an emphasis in Professional Sales. In addition to
paid work in concrete, heating & air, wood, and electricity before, during, and after college, he has
learned additional trades related to homes while completing non-paying jobs throughout the past
15 years.

Accomplishments/Awards

To better prepare to become a licensed home inspector, Colby attended a 90 hour hands-on
training course provided by Inspection Training Associates (ITA). ITA is one of the schools
endorsed for home inspector training by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Colby Neal is also a member of the Arkansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (AAREI), a
candidate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and a registered home
inspector with the state of Arkansas.
